Team Building Mini Fun Challenges

Offering you an exciting mix of entertainment and fun activities, the Team Building Indoor Fun Challenges are the perfect opportunity to not only spend some time away from the office but for you and your colleagues to come together to have a fun experience, in which the Fun Experts can help to raise company spirit and motivate everyone involved.

How does it work?

You and your colleagues will be arranged in to teams (either in advance by yourselves or on the day with us) where you will need to work together and communicate in order to take your rightful place on the winners podium.  Once the teams have come together you will enter the 'arena' where one volunteer will be invited to lead the warm ups and get everybody ready for action.

After warm ups each team will then be allocated a 'base' to start from, then on the sound of the buzzer let the games begin.   Each base will feature a different game where teams will need to read the instructions before starting the challenge.  The option of games are huge and are flexible to suit your time and venue but some of the favourites include:

• Bungee Run
• Build a Tower
• Puzzle Cube
• Quiz Boards
• Hand Buzzwire
• Human Buzzwire
• Penalty Shoot Out
• Giant Operation

When the time is up, each team will then rotate round to the next base and begin the next challenge. During the session, our Compere will have fun with the teams as they interview competitors, play fun music throughout and maybe hand out a couple of red cards for anyone found cheating.

Once the challenges have been completed it's time for a little extra fun. While the scores are being collated our staff will have the option to punish anyone who was 'cheating' by placing them in the stocks for a soaking (or just lots of bubbles if it is cold or an inside event).

After the points have been collated it's time for a high energy final as the two leading teams are then invited to take part in either an individual Sumo Wrestling competiton or a team Tug of War competition.  The victorious team is then brought to the podium to be awarded their trophy and taking their bow to the cheers of the crowd.

What might be needed?

• Fancy dress always adds to the fun
• Team names
• If power is not available from the venue we will arrange generators for the event
• First aid can be provided from a professional company

How long does the session last?

This can be flexible but certainly allow at least an hour for the fun and games to take place and with more challenges, we can entertain for up to two hours - maybe ask the venue for refreshments at half time.

Number Of Participants

We have had lots of fun with groups of 20 competitors all the way up to 150 taking part, we can easily change the challenges to suit the session. Our challenges are designed to suit all ages and abilities to take part and have a fantastic and fun experience and should an 'athlete' wish to, they can simply spectate on a challenge..
