A Year to Remember
With 2013 well under way, the Fun Experts are excited to see what the next twelve months will bring. But how will it compare to the mammoth year that was 2012. It seemed to be that every month there was a new celebration or big event that not just the UK, but the world wanted to see.
Summer is where memories will remain for 2012 and although we didn't have the greatest amount of sunshine, the wet weather didn't dampen spirits. Starting with one of the biggest celebrations of this century to date, Her Majesty shared her Diamond Jubilee with the people of Britain. Up and down the land saw people come together to celebrate and we took to the road having been invited to join in with some of your fun.
With all the family fun days and private parties taking place to celebrate this occasion, the Fun Experts had a fantastic start to Summer 2012 in June, sharing with you the fun to be had on Rodeos, Inflatables and Photo Booths.
And then came the big one, the one London had been preparing for what felt like an age. The London 2012 Olympics!
What an event is all we can say! Our athletes did their country proud in both the London Olympics and Paralympics. And you guys didn't do too bad yourselves, taking part in our Olympic Team Building Challenges. To celebrate this fantastic occasion, the Fun Experts developed a fantastic set of challenges and activities that took people on their own fun journey involving Inflatable Assault Courses, Ski Slalom, Sumo Wrestling and a host of other fun activities that ensured laughter was heard all around.
But Summer soon had to come to an end, but that didn't mean the fun had to stop. We still had the rest of the year ahead and with holidays including Hallowe'en, Bonfire Night and of course the biggy ... Christmas; Sunshine Events didn't worry about there being any lack of fun to be had.
Our family of Fun Experts grew in 2012 as we welcomed new members to the team, who have helped add more excitement and passion to events and brought a spark to the office. And it wasn't only the Fun Experts who grew in number this year as the interior of our warehouse seemed to shrink as our list of equipment grew. From the fantastic and increasingly popular Photo Booth (so much so we now have TWO!) to the new arrival of some inflatables including the Gladiator Joust and of course the one that has thrilled the office and clients; Wipeout! It has to be seen to be believed, an experience like no other.
So with 2012 now behind us, we look forward; We look forward to celebrating your big day, to being a part of your Fun Day, bringing awareness to your cause ... and most importantly, bringing to your event the excitement that, over the years, the passion, creativity and knowledge we have gained has led to us becoming the Fun Experts.

12 May 2012 - Recognition of our Standard of Service to You
We have just been accepted as a member of the NAIH (National Assocation of Inflatable Hirers) making us one of only seven nationally. This is great news for our customers as the NAIH is committed to promoting the highest standards of professional practice, responsibility, safety and ethics within the inflatable play industry. All members of the National Association of Inflatable Hirers are required to endorse and affirm the Code of Conduct and uphold the standards laid down in the Code of Practice
The NAIH requires tough criteria to be met before approving membership and enforces the strict Code of Conduct on its members. Organisations and individuals using NAIH members for their events will know that they are using safe operators and safe equipment.
Booking the services of an NAIH Approved Member will give you satisfaction and peace of mind that you are booking a company that follows the strictest safety guidelines available and operates to the highest standard within the inflatable play sector.
