Our Sales and Development Manager is a customer service superstar finalist!
Well, would you believe it! Sunshine Events are up for another award, more specifically, one of our Fun Experts has been nominated for Customer Service Superstar sponsored by FootAsylum at this years NWEEG awards, along with two other finalists!
NWEEG (North West Employee Engagement Group) are engagement specialists with a vision to make the North West of England the very best place to work. They do this by connecting HR professionals and business leaders with engagement specialists through special interest groups and bi-monthly events.
For a second year now, NWEEG will be hosting their annual 'Best of the North West' awards evening that have an array of awards ranging from 'Most Magnetic Manager' all the way to 'The Fun at Work' award (sponsored by your Fun Experts of course).

So, without further Adieu, we are proud to introduce to you our Fun Expert and Sales and Development Manager, Camille Bradshaw!
Camille has been apart of the Sunshine Events journey since the very beginning! whether it was being apart of the events team, using her artistic flair to design products or travel the country to make deliveries, not only is she a Fun Expert, but she is a Jack of all trades here at Sunshine HQ.
Since being on events, Camille has now moved into the offices of Sunshine HQ where she leads our amazing team of Fun Experts in the sales department.
Having been out in the field and talking face to face with our clients, Camille is able to put the customer journey at the very forefront of our business, ensuring our core values play a key role within their experience.
After her morning huddle with our Fun Experts in Sales, I managed to grab a couple of minutes with her to ask about how she feels to be nominated for such an award.
"As you only found out yesterday morning, how does it feel to be nominated? And has it sunk in yet?"
Camille "It is such a humbling feeling to be nominated for this award, however, I am only as good as those that I surround myself with! Whether it's the sales team that sits in front of me or the Fun Experts out on the road, it never ceases to amaze me the amazing customer service, rapport and relationships they build with our clients! For that reason, this nomination is for all of us here at Sunshine Events, it embodies all the hard work, determination and passion that we bring to work every single day."
"What would be your greatest advice when it comes to customer service?"
Camille "Whether it's out on the road or on the phone, customer service is about building a strong and positive relationship with your client. One of our greatest attributes here as Sunshine Events is the fact that we are always honest, passionate and creative when we speak to our customers. These three attributes have aided us in building a strong level of trust with our clients, and this is something you cannot buy or sell".
The awards evening will be held at Mercure Dunkenhalgh Hotel & Spa on Thursday 23rd May, so we will keep our fingers and toes crossed and be sure to keep you updated!
